As Shop Foreman, Ken has a strong understanding of industrial manufacturing. His roles have included Red Seal Journeyman in Steel Fabrication with 10+ years, multiple supervisory positions, site installations and project management.

As forestry mill equipment and structural steel manufacturing has been his focal points, Ken has dedicated himself to constantly improve safety, quality and productivity in industrial manufacturing. His passion for a positive work environment has allowed for team members to feel a good sense of morale and security.
