Safety Policy

  • TEBO Global believes that all occupational injury, illness and property damage is preventable and, through proactive management of risk and at-risk behaviour, injury and loss can be eliminated from our organization and is committed to providing its employees, shareholders, customers and the community with a safe, value-added and productive service.
  • Owners, management, employees, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and various regulatory agencies all share responsibility for occupational health and safety; all TEBO Global employees are held accountable for occupational health and safety.
  • TEBO Global ensures that all employees are knowledgeable regarding the relevant content of the Safety Manual and communicates that message to all co-workers, sub-contractors, and customers.
  • TEBO Global ensures that all employees have the necessary support, training, equipment, technology, and procedures that will enable them to proactively manage the hazards they face in the workplace.
  • TEBO Global sets the standard that people are the highest priority on all work sites. Production, schedule, and cost will never be placed before safety.

Safety Vision

  • Multicultural company, where thousands are united by a passion for safety and health.
  • A transparent company where everyone is a safety leader, everyone speaks up for safety; and everyone’s voice is heard.
  • Frontier company, where people keep themselves safe and well while working on tasks that range from the routine to the extreme.
  • Innovation company, where safety is a way of life, not just a procedure.
  • Company that is better because it is safer.

The safer, the better.

“The safer we become, the more efficient we become … so literally the safer the better”

Our vision for TEBO Global is to be a “winner through passion for safety“.

Safety Program

  • TEBO Global’s safety program defines the method employed by management to share and to assign responsibility for accident prevention and to ensure performance under that responsibility.
  • A safety programme is not something that is imposed on companies or organizations. Safety MUST be built into every process and be an integral part of the company’s operations.
  • The prevention of accidents and injuries is basically achieved through the control of the working environment and the control of people’s actions. Only management can implement such control.
