We are guided by the Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) and pursue continuous improvement by investing in research and technology. We seek to balance a scientific understanding of the environmental impact of our operations with the social and economic needs of the communities where we operate.

Environment Core Rules

  • WASTE

    Minimize waste generation. Most work activities generate waste, and therefore we must reduce, re-use, and recycle waste wherever possible and correctly dispose of all waste.

    Avoid unnecessary water consumption. Water is a valuable resource and, therefore, we all have a duty of care to use it responsibly. Use water efficiently to ensure a greater supply of fresh water.

    Avoid unnecessary energy consumption. Minimizing energy usage plays an essential role in reducing emissions and mitigating the impacts of climate change.

Industrial Partners with Construction Foundation of BC

TEBO Global is an industrial partner with the Construction Foundation of BC to support training in the trades for members of the community in which our projects are located. This agreement with the Construction Foundation of British Columbia will result in the Construction Foundation assisting TEBO Global and our partner Indigenous communities to meet people where they are on their training journey and support them towards certification. Michelle Canaday, Director of First Nations Initiatives, Construction Foundation of BC, is our leading point of contact at the organization. TEBO Global the apprenticeship level work under the guidance of a certified journeyman/journeywoman, or connects participants with an appropriate subcontractor, resulting in the potential to have ticketed tradespeople within the community. TEBO Global assists communities in connecting community members with the Construction Foundation of B.C. to support them on their training journey.
